Sarah was part of the 2008 USA Olympic Team and competed in Beijing. She recently defended her title by winning the Lifetime Fitness Triathlon last week for the second year in a row.

Interview with challenged athlete Paul Martin - Episode 8

This week I talk with challenged athlete Paul Martin.  His leg was amputated eight inches below the knee after a car accident.  Paul has over come this tragedy in his life and feels it has made him a better person and athlete.

Paul has completed 10 Ironman races and has a new book the just debuted at number one in the sports biography category on Amazon.

Interview with Pro Triathlete Richard Allen - Episode 6

We had the opportunity to chat with Professional Triathlete Richard Allen this week.  Rich is one Britain’s most successful triathlete. He has won 9 National Elite British Championships.

Rich did his first triathlon at 17 and went pro at 18. He competed for 15 years and then retired in 2006. In 2009, Rich decided to come out of retirement following the sad death of a young girl name Ellis Harriet.
